The Senior Programme Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation across a large programme of work across NZQA.
This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities across the programme.
* Assist in the development of programme schedules, timelines, and milestones.
* Monitor and track programme progress and financials, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget.
* Communicate regularly with programme participants, and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.
Skills and experience Essential: * Proven experience in programme coordination, project management, or a related role.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and other relevant software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Desirable: * A Project Management qualification.
* Experience within an IS project environment.
