Senior Production Worker

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a dynamic and experienced production worker to join our client's team. This is a temp to perm position with the opportunity to grow within a leading organisation. Please note, candidates must be based in Christchurch with valid long term NZ visa, or residency to be considered. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee a team of 6 in production to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with the procurement and planning coordinator to ensure timely completion of orders. Communicate effectively with the store person to ensure proper dispatch of orders. Take sole charge of workflow in the absence of the factory manager. Work closely with the quality process team to enhance product quality. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Proven experience in cosmetic production or a similar industry. Strong understanding of production processes and business operations. Experience working in a small team and hands-on environment. Uplifting energy, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to grow with the team. Proficiency in computer skills and administrative tasks.
