The role of Senior Production Operator is a hands-on role, focused on meeting production targets and ensuring standards and procedures are met on a daily basis.
As this is a senior role, you will need to have experience in a food manufacturing environment (pet preferred, but not essential), but critical to the role is a positive attitude and willingness to pick up whatever is needed to be done.
You will be a reliable, keen team player, with good relationship-building skills and a genuine desire to grow within the business.
This is a full-time permanent role on day shift from 6am to 6pm, 4 days on followed by 4 days off.
