An amazing opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Operator to join a well-established Hawke's Bay team to ensure their products are produced to the highest standards.
Career progression Competitive pay rate On the job training You will be responsible for: Machine Operating; setting up, calibrating, and operating machines Signing off paper work in a timely and accurate manner Coordinate production schedules Ensure production operators are following correct SOP's Assisting with training staff Monitoring all product parameters are being met and product is to the highest standard Ensuring product is made/packed according to procedures Writing, reviewing and amending SOP's Contributing to a positive Health and Safety culture You must: Have excellent leadership skills coupled with previous machine operating experience Enjoy working to deadlines and have a great attention to detail Ideally have worked in a regulated environment i.e. food, packaging etc. Enjoy creating a positive work environment Your previous experience operating machinery, leading and inspiring staff in a fast-moving operation will ensure that you are able to excel in this role, please apply now!
