As our Senior Product Test Analyst, you'll be instrumental in ensuring a robust and automated quality framework for our software products. You'll be involved in Test Planning, Test Execution, and Test Management, while embedding best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What You'll DoLead the implementation of automated testing practices across the development lifecycle, emphasizing high-quality outcomes.Establish and uphold rigorous testing standards, including regression testing, automation frameworks, and continuous integration.Coach and mentor team members to strengthen testing capabilities and promote a quality-first mindset.Collaborate closely with Product Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and Product Owners to ensure seamless integration of quality principles into product development.Proactively log, track, and resolve defects and issues, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.Drive quality practices across project implementations, safeguarding Foster Moore's reputation for excellence.Key responsibilities include:Test Planning and Execution: strategise and implement robust testing plans with a focus on automation.Automation Development: design and maintain automated test suites using modern tools and frameworks.Quality Management: enhance processes for tracking and resolving issues efficiently.Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to advocate for quality across the product lifecycle.Service Portfolio Development: contribute to improving the suite of testing services offered.Reporting: provide clear, actionable insights on testing outcomes and system quality.About youYou are either a Senior Tester seeking a role that allows you to champion automation and mentoring or an experienced professional looking for your next challenge in a dynamic, quality-focused environment.
You'll bring:5+ years of experience in functional and automation testing.A tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (ISTQB certification is advantageous).Expertise in UI automation testing with tools like Playwright and Swagger.Experience in all facets of the testing lifecycle: planning, analysis, design, implementation, and execution.Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and MongoDB is a bonus.Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.The ability to communicate testing challenges and solutions clearly, both verbally and in writing.Our StoryWe are Foster Moore - The registry people.
