Our Gambling team focuses on keeping the gambling system safe and well-managed and reducing gambling-related harms.We're looking for a top-notch Senior Product Owner for one of our Gambling systems, who has:A passion for improving our digital systems; someone with a sharp eye for how things can be improved and the tenacity to see this through from an idea to business-as-usual support and continuous improvement.Thoughtful consideration of work to ensure that we prioritize effectively, balancing competing priorities like making things easier for regulators, enhancing system performance, and implementing improvements.Strong relationship management skills with vendors and other stakeholders, maintaining collaborative relationships with our internal business experts and tech team.The ability to develop strategy about digital change in a way that everyone can understand and get excited about, producing a compelling, comprehensive product roadmap.A can-do attitude: a track record of delivery whilst juggling competing priorities and an organized way of managing work.You'll be joining a team excited about using digital systems to innovate and improve our regulatory work.
