Reporting to the Head of Digital Portfolio & Strategy, this role will be the heartbeat of our gaming transformation, bringing it to life across New Zealand in 2025 and Australia in 2026, all while ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our wider digital vision.
What you'll do:
Take ownership of the Engage Platform, from planning and prioritisation to launch and continuous enhancement.
Shape and refine the product roadmap, ensuring every feature aligns with our business's goals and customer needs.
Gather and incorporate user feedback to drive a superior customer experience, iterating on usability and functionality.
Collaborate across teams, leading sprint planning, goal setting, and cross-functional coordination to keep projects on track.
Drive risk management, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, maintaining quality, and mitigating operational risks.
Lead vendor engagement for delivery and strategic roadmap.
About you:
Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner or in a similar role, ideally with hands-on experience in vendor-supplied software solutions.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with a talent for working in Agile-driven environments.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Skilled in project planning, release management, and managing end-to-end software implementation cycles.
Proficiency in using product management and project tracking tools to keep everything running smoothly.
