About the roleThis role is responsible for managing the Payment and ATM suite of products that support TSB's 2030 Strategy to become effective, efficient and the easiest bank to deal with.This pivotal role will help to shape the future of our payments banking products, driving innovation and delivering world class solutions to our retail and business customers.Who are you?You will have the ability to translate the company strategy, as it relates to the product vertical, into outcomes that align with our corporate strategy that will deliver commercial results.You will demonstrate a sound understanding of the customer experience and knowledge of the New Zealand Payment ecosystem and digital trends, with the responsibility for the lifecycle of Payment products.Knowledge of regulatory and legislative compliance obligations is important to ensure the delivery and distribution of products are compliant with all legal/regulatory and industry obligations.In this role, you can expect to: Support the 'Head of', to develop and implement growth plans.
Ensure that robust processes, documentation and training are in place to support the end-to-end delivery of Payments products.
Contribute to the wider Product team's strategy through the development and implementation of product roadmaps.
We are looking for candidates who have: 7+ years of experience within the payments industry.
5+ years of Banking or financial industry experience.
Previous experience within product management.
