We expect to lead a significant transformation of our customer experience and product portfolio over the coming years and we're searching for a Senior Product Manager to join us who will be instrumental in driving and realising key elements of that vision.The Senior Product Manager is the voice of the customer and champions user experience and business value, with a core focus on delivering product outcomes. With a deep understanding of customers, commercial outcomes, operational processes and technology, this role is responsible for developing a product vision, formulating strategy, designing the product roadmap, and working closely with business partners to deliver against it.This role will suit someone who is naturally curious with a strategic mindset, whilst also being prepared to get into the detail. There will be a level of ambiguity you'll need to be comfortable with, coupled with complexity of the airline environment and the pace at which we work.
