Where making an impact matters.As a Digital & Technology Senior Product Lead in the newly established Product & Pricing platform squad, you will play a crucial role in Kiwibank' s transformation journey by leading the implementation and support of a third-party / vendor platform.You will be responsible for driving the business outcomes for our product and pricing platform, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall objectives and customer needs.You will also be responsible for facilitating and supporting our ways of working as well as promoting our team culture within the squads.Key Role responsibilities:Lead the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product increments, managing trade-offs between scope, schedule, and quality.Clearing roadblocks to success and making success visible and knowing when to escalate effectively.Maintaining a high-quality backlog, working with product managers to develop and define roadmaps, & defining metrics to support decision making.This is us. Where your expertise matters.Key skills and experience we're looking for:Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Product & Pricing platforms typically used in financial services.Ability to think strategically and at a detailed level to cope with business and technology complexity.Experience acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, providing clarity and guidance on product requirements.Highly experienced in requirements elicitation techniques and ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories & acceptance criteria.Experience with monitoring product performance and user feedback, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where change is embraced and encouraged.Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to explore unconventional approaches to solving complex problems.This is us.
