Senior Product Designer

Are you an experienced product designer looking to make a broad and meaningful impact in a start-up environment?  Our client is dedicated to building software that solves real problems for their users, and we're looking for a Senior Project Designer to help shape what we build, how we build it, and when we ship.
  
What You'll Do: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver elegant, intuitive solutions. Conduct user research with current and prospective customers to inform product decisions. Develop user flows, prototypes, and iterate on designs to improve software usability. Work hand-in-hand with engineers to ensure smooth and successful product releases. Lend your expertise to testing and marketing support when required. What We're Looking For: A seasoned product designer with a passion for creating excellent user experiences. Expertise in interaction design, with a history of solving complex challenges. A hands-on collaborator who balances attention to detail with pragmatism. Experience working in a highly iterative development environment with frequent releases. A creative problem-solver who thrives in a start-up setting and enjoys the autonomy to explore new ideas. Someone whose craft is User Research/User Experience and User Interface We are looking for someone that prides themselves on a customer-first approach. Our client works backwards from user needs to create impactful, reliable software.
