Senior Product Designer

Comprehensive User Research: Spearhead user testing and research initiatives to inform design decisions and product direction. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to ensure design strategies are integrated seamlessly into broader company goals. Design System Stewardship: Manage and evolve the design system to support product scalability and maintain a cohesive user experience. Agile Approach: Lead the design team through Agile methodologies, adapting quickly to changes and fostering an environment of rapid iteration. Requirements: Extensive experience in product design, including leadership roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced setting. Expertise in user research, Figma, and rapid prototyping/testing platforms like Maze. Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic problem-solving through design. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, remote team.
