You'll need:
Previous agency experience
5+ years experience in creative/digital in a Producer/Project Manager/Account Manager role
An undeniable passion for creative digital solutions
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Fanatical attention to detail
Experience building and nurturing relationships with both team members and clients. Listen to their pain points and work internally and with the client to improve them.
Experience managing project timelines and budgets
Overall drive to solve problems always think outside the box to keep projects moving forward
Understanding of project management & production processes
Understanding of technical possibilities and the outer limits of digital production
Excellent written and spoken English
Mentor junior team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
Contribute to team-wide process improvements and knowledge sharing
An added bonus would be experience with technical projects
Strong track record of delivering projects efficiently and within budget.
