Programming & Production (Advertising, Arts & Media)Contract/TempRNZ is looking for a top-class Senior Producer to lead 30 with Guyon Espiner, our multimedia long-form interview show.This is a fixed term opportunity (until June 30, 2025) for an experienced leader in broadcast current affairs to build upon the successful first season of the programme.Te Mahi – About the JobRNZ is New Zealand's only non-commercial public multimedia organisation and exists solely to serve the public interest by providing unique, impartial services and content to all New Zealanders.The role includes:Driving the show onwards, in line with the kaupapa established in season one of the show, consistent with RNZ's Charter and its strategic objectives.Working alongside the host, a producer and RNZ staff to get the programme to air with the highest editorial and technical standards.Creating and demonstrating a high-performance culture.Driving a truly multimedia product that gets the best out of the programme to find new and diverse audiences where they are.This role requires top organisational skills, creative flair and a cool head under pressure.
