Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the design, analysis, and optimisation of mechanical process systems and plant facilities.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance energy efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall plant performance.
Provide expert guidance and solutions to help clients achieve their decarbonisation and sustainability goals.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, practical engineering solutions.
Your Skills and Experience:
Degree in Mechanical/Process Engineering or a related field.
10 years + experience in mechanical process engineering within industrial settings ideally within the primary industries.
Relevant professional certifications and a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong background in the design, build, and upgrade of process systems and plant facilities.
Expertise in energy efficiency, waste minimisation, and sustainability practice such as FEED study optioneering, fee proposals, combustion calculations and heat improvements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver practical and innovative solutions.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide and mentor junior engineers and collaborate effectively with clients.
