Senior Process Designer

Te Ara Manaaki within DIA is searching for a Senior Process Designer on a fixed-term basis to develop and optimise processes that align with our digital and service transformation goals.
Collaborating across teams, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that process designs support our objectives of customer-centred, efficient, and reliable government services.Key Responsibilities:Lead the redesign of operational processes and provide data-driven recommendations.Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to define user needs and incorporate feedback.Develop process blueprints and documentation that inform both policy and operational practices.Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new processes, providing ongoing support and insights.About You:Proven experience in process design, ideally within a public service or large-scale transformation project.Strong understanding of LEAN methodologies, business process reengineering, and change management.Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to lead design-thinking workshops.Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.NZ citizenship is an essential requirement for this role.Be a part of a dynamic team improving processes that make a difference for New Zealanders.
