You will monitor and respond to changes in the industry, have strong client connections, and an ability to navigate complex negotiations and outward-focused discussions.As a Senior Principal or Principal Geotechnical Engineer/Technical Leader, this role offers a unique opportunity to work across a diverse range of industries including transport, power, buildings, renewables, and environmental projects.In this role, we are seeking a Technical Leader who can enhance existing and develop proposed client connections. As the Technical Leader, you will mentor colleagues, review designs for Ground Engineering, manage bid processes, win and deliver work, and coach and develop team members to promote knowledge sharing and develop technical excellence in Geotechnical Engineering.
