Senior Power Wash Technician

We are a medium sized, well-respected exterior house and building wash company. We have been operating for 27 years & cleaned more than 80,000 properties to date. 78% of our work is either repeat/referral. We operate across all of Auckland, from Omaha to Pukekohe.

We are the largest specialist House & Building Wash business in Auckland and are experiencing ongoing growth. We own our engineering workshop where we service our own vehicles & build/service our own pressure wash equipment.

The House and Building Wash Company washes the exteriors of homes, commercial buildings and body corporates along with roofs, pathways, fences, decks and exterior windows. Our team is also trained to apply treatments to roofs for the prevention of moss, mould and lichen growth and treatments onto houses to deter pesky spiders.

We are a happy, friendly, motivated bunch who believe in playing the game long term, by looking after both our staff and our clients and standing by our work.
What Are We Looking For?
Previous experience power washing is essential for this role
Certification in Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platforms is advantageous
Experience in managing traffic and running large commercial jobs is a plus
Someone who enjoys physical, outdoors work (in all weather)
You need to be physically fit and agile
Be self-disciplined
Have a current unrestricted full MANUAL car driver's license
Be able to pass a police background check along with regular ongoing random drug & alcohol tests
Be prepared to work every second Saturday in the spring and early summer
Employee Pay & Benefits:

Senior/Qualified Technicians can earn up to $85,000 per year incl. bonuses as employees (not contractors) plus a vehicle to take home. Additionally, if you are not already qualified we will put you through formal training and certification for height & safety, elevated work platform use, exterior pest control and other areas of our profession.
