Environment Southland's Regional Planning team are responsible for leading the sustainable management of Southland's natural resources. We have a wide range of projects and plans at various stages of development, so it's a great time to join our busy, growing team.
Our work is about people and working with others to ensure the region's natural resources are in the best possible condition they can be for future generations to use and enjoy. We are looking for curious, engaged, energetic people with a relevant tertiary qualification and/or work experience in environmental or resource management and/or strategic transport management. An ability to communicate across a wide range of groups is essential. Project management and report writing expertise would also be hugely beneficial.

Senior Policy Planner: An initial offer of remuneration will be made within the range $93,000-$98,000 per annum.
Policy Planner: An initial offer of remuneration will be made within the range $78,000-$83,000 per annum.
