Are you an experienced Planner ready to take the next step in your career development?Don't miss your chance to join our dynamic, energetic and high-achieving organisation!Permanent, full-time or part-time opportunity based in Mangawhai with WFH options.About the opportunity In this role, you will dive into a diverse range of intriguing rural lifestyle subdivisions and consenting projects, covering both commercial and residential developments. Leveraging your resource management expertise, you'll offer expert guidance to applicants, manage application processes, and clearly communicate outcomes. You'll play a key role in fostering a culture of growth by mentoring our team of Planners and Graduate Planners, supporting their professional development.

About You To be successful in this role you will need:
A tertiary degree in planning, resource management or a related fieldExtensive experience in resource management with full membership, or eligibility to become a full member of the NZ Planning InstituteExcellent communication skillsSelf-managing and innovativeA current NZ Driver Licence, with capability to travel around the districtOur business is to create a thriving community, where people love to live, work and play.
