About the opportunity In this role, you will dive into a diverse range of intriguing rural lifestyle subdivisions and consenting projects, covering both commercial and residential developments. Leveraging your resource management expertise, you'll offer expert guidance to applicants, manage application processes, and clearly communicate outcomes. You'll play a key role in fostering a culture of growth by mentoring our team of Planners and Graduate Planners, supporting their professional development.

About You To be successful in this role you will need:
A tertiary degree in planning, resource management or a related field Extensive experience in resource management with full membership, or eligibility to become a full member of the NZ Planning Institute You will have excellent communication skills You will also pride yourself on being self-managing and innovative A current NZ Driver Licence, with capability to travel around the district Our business is to create a thriving community, where people love to live, work and play.
