The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate consent planner to join the infrastructure team. You will work within the North Waters Alliance and have a focus on all things Three Waters. Responsible for preparing and submitting applications, managing stakeholder engagement and providing expert advice on infrastructure planning.
Prepare, lodge and submit all consent applications for all Three Water assets
Lead processes related to notified consent applications, court hearings, proceedings, providing evidence statements
Take the lead on all infrastructure planning issues, and provide technical support and advice
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
About You
We are looking for a consent planner who has experience working on infrastructure projects and is seeking their next challenge. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise as well as a commitment to sustainable infrastructure development.
7+ years experience within the planning, civil or environmental engineering role and ideally 2 years of infrastructure planning
Relevant tertiary education
An advanced level of RMA experience and LGA, as well as an understanding of the upcoming legislative changes to the three water and resource management reforms
A desire to deliver the best possible outcomes for the community
