The position involves taking the lead in company projects by providing planning and resource management advice and working collaboratively with our Surveyors, Geotechnical and Civil Engineers to produce quality outcomes for our clients.Our planning team works with a wide variety of clients, and our projects are equally diverse, with commercial, industrial, rural and residential developments of varying sizes and complexities.You will be experienced with resource management including all aspects of the consenting process and will be comfortable liaising with regional and local government authorities, clients and other stakeholders.As an experienced Planner, you will build relationships and be active in the local market contributing to identification and securing of new work.The role will be based in our Tauranga office, with most of your work being in the Bay of Plenty area.
