About the role As our Senior Photographer, you will take the creative and technical lead across our client's campaigns and online executions working closely with the creative director and studio team.
You will be driven, organised and passionate about delivering aesthetically beautiful and elevated imagery to client briefs. The images you capture will be authentic and engaging, clearly demonstrating emotive storytelling. Highly communicative and fast thinking you will be able to work with clients and teams on solutions on and off set to achieve the best results. Passionate for growth, you will acquire new skills and techniques, which you will share and mentor other team members.
You'll be responsible for Reporting to the Producer, some (but not all) of the role's responsibilities include:
Uses professional expertise and skill to capture professional, high-quality images, on brief and on brand.Ensure images being captured for ecomm are consistent in keeping with style guides and directions provided.Provide direction on set, where necessary to achieve results.Provide recommendations for improving image quality.Maintain and organise technical equipment and studio space (cameras, lenses, lights etc).Adhere to internal processes including keeping systems up to date eg. archiving images and maintaining the database (eg Altitude, other).Create exceptional experiences for our clients and team members.Experience, skills, and expertise We are looking for someone who:
