As a Senior People Ops Tech Consultant at ASB Bank, you will play a crucial role in configuring, maintaining, and supporting our ServiceNow HRSD module. Your key responsibilities will include: Daily administration, maintenance, and support of HRSD. Customise and roll out new applications. Identify opportunities for efficiencies and implement HRSD best practices Develop automation scripts, workflows and business rules Provide support, create technical documentation, and conduct training sessions Ensure module security, integrity, and compliance with standards. Experience with ServiceNow & specifically HR Service Delivery (HRSD) tools and practices. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Preferred.
