We're seeking a Senior People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner to join our dedicated team supporting HR functions across Alstef's APAC region. You will be working closely with the P&C Manager assisting with employee relations issues, providing performance management guidance to line managers, analysing trends and metrics along with the following key tasks:

Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation. Overseeing the recruitment process to ensure that Hiring Managers work through the process efficiently.
