MHM's product range allows Fortifi to expand into materials handling and packaging solutions, with state-of-the-art capabilities in robotics and automation, as well as chilling and freezing, which can be applied across various sectors.The Role:We are on the hunt for an experienced and motivated Senior People & Culture Advisor to join our tight-knit People and Culture team. Due to our Head of People and Culture going on maternity leave, we have a rare opportunity for an experienced HR professional to come on board for 3 to 4 days a week, for a 6-month fixed term. Based out of our Head office in Christchurch, and reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the business across all its People & Culture processes and initiatives. You will hit the ground running with your generalist HR experience and will work closely with the People and Culture team, the entire Senior Leadership Team, as well as all leaders within the wider business.The Senior People and Culture Advisor will provide support and advice to the team and managers in all areas of the business.
