Senior People & Culture Advisor (6-Month Contract)

Travvia, the home of JUCY and Star RV, is seeking a Senior People & Culture Advisor for a 6-month contract to join our team in Auckland. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this is a varied and hands-on role where you will handle a wide range of tasks related to people and culture, supporting both day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives.
As a Senior People & Culture Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the People & Culture team with a variety of tasks. From handling complex employee relations issues to driving HR analytics and managing HR projects, you'll be responsible for delivering high-impact solutions. You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in creating contracts, conducting inductions, and working with Health & Safety when required.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on Employee Relations (ER) matters, guiding managers and employees through complex workplace issues.
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve employee experience.
Lead and support HR projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and in line with business objectives.
Get hands-on with creating contracts, handling inductions, and updating employee records.
Work on Health & Safety initiatives as a bonus, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in HR, with specific expertise in ER, analytics, and project management.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and shift gears quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
A proactive, 'can-do' attitude with a willingness to get your hands dirty and support the team with a variety of HR tasks.
Bonus: Experience or knowledge in Health & Safety.
