Join a professional regulatory body as their talented People and Capability Lead on a part-time permanent basis.
Reporting to the Chief Executive who has been described as open, capable, and positive, you will take the lead to develop and deliver upon the full spectrum of HR.
This is a true generalist opportunity. With plenty of variety, you will operate across all HR functions to advise, influence and coach, as well as shape change and enhance a great team culture.
The Role:
Provide high quality, professional HR advice and guidance on all people matters
Collaborate with senior leaders to create an HR work programme and help foster high performing leaders and teams
Deliver across recruitment and retention, onboarding, reward and recognition, performance and growth, health and safety and wellbeing
Draft templates, employment offers, contracts and variations
Work in collaboration to design, adapt and improve the employee experience and lifecycle
Support in the development of the organisations EVP, culture and staff engagement
Actively contribute to the development of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Identify areas for improvement in HR strategies, systems, policies, and processes
Build relationships throughout the business to ensure effective HR delivery

drive improvements, influence and proactively lead across a wide range of HR functions
maintain confidentiality in everything you do and apply best HR practices.
