We currently have a full-time permanent position available for a motivated and experienced Payroll Specialist to join the team.You will be required to:Work autonomously and within the payroll team to ensure a timely, efficient and accurate end to end payroll and reconciliation process.Proactively troubleshoot, implement changes, action audit checks and suggest improvements.Work to share their knowledge in a busy team environment ensuring all processes are fully documented and audited at all times.A minimum of five years' payroll experiencePractical experience in payrollA working knowledge of pay related employment legislation and best practiceKnowledge and understanding of Payroll systemsKnowledge of the Holidays Act (2003) and its requirements and the practical application of these requirements from a payroll and business perspective is preferredA commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner in all your actions.
