Working closely with the Head of Commercial, Agri & Business to develop and implement annual business plans and market strategies which promote the growth of BNZ Partners market share. Encouraging knowledge transfer / best practice / leverage of experience, to improve the overall achievement of the Partnership and Regional teams. Maintaining the credit quality of the lending book of the team through the assessment of lending proposals, analysing financial information, and agreeing lending proposals in consultation with Credit. Complying with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position. What is the team culture and environment like?
