They employ some 90 plus Engineers across their Christchurch, Wellington, and Auckland offices.About the opportunityNZ's growing renewables development pipeline has increased our need for experienced senior secondary engineers. As a senior engineer within ElectroNet Consulting's transmission or distribution team you will be expected to be an expert in secondary systems, ideally including proficiency in AutoCAD. Familiarity with international best practice and standards for AC and DC circuit diagrams is essential. Previous experience in a large HV utility or design consultancy would be highly beneficial.A keen and curious mind is a fundamental requirement. This team has been instrumental in developing class-leading automation tools that have allowed them to improve their speed and quality of design. This has been hugely beneficial for preparing consent level drawings to help speed the process of resource consent for solar and wind farms.ElectroNet Consulting's forward pipeline of work includes several exciting and marquee projects for the New Zealand electricity industry.
