Senior Operator

My client is seeking a Senior Operator/ Foreman to join their growing team, working across the wider Wellington Region and beyond. If you've got excellent excavator operating skills and can lead a team, this role will see you working across several large subdivisions, water, and general civil projects.

Your role will include:
Supervising and leading a crewAccountability for resources, including people management and supply allocationOperate excavation equipment and other plant as requiredPerform manual labour as required What we are looking for:
Minimum of 4 years' experience in civil constructionClean Full licence with WTR and class 2 (Ideally)A background in both earthworks road construction, including pavement constructionExperience operating excavators ranging from 5T to 30TAbility to cut to level and final trimWorking within confined spaces and bulk earthworksStrong communication and leadership skills Why join?
