The OpportunityOur Wiri site is about to go through some significant upgrades where we will be investing in equipment and the education of our people to support our growth and ability to be best in class. We need ambitious operators that are eager to learn and grow their careers as we go on this exciting journey. Please note this role does involve shift work, including overnights.
What you'll be doingUtilise various Beverage processes and high-speed Automated Packaging Equipment to execute our targets in accordance with our Manufacturing Plan.Perform daily process area cleaning to maintain company compliance, GMP and HACCP standards.Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, efficiency environment and autonomous maintenance.Conduct autonomous and corrective maintenance to ensure efficiency and improve the lifespan of our equipment.Perform troubleshooting and structured problem solving.Ensure all activities are performed with safety front of mind and any incidents correctly reported.What's in your toolkit?Trades experience – you may be a current apprentice, studying or an experienced tradesperson looking for a change or relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.Automation experience would be highly regarded – or a desire to learn.A safety-first attitude; you will always ensure we are operating safely and any hazards or incidents are correctly reported.Ability to easily pick up new technologies and eagerness to learn.Apart from free drinks here's what else we have to offerGrow your career – we like to promote from within and have incredible learning and development opportunities around the world.An inclusive parental leave policy for both primary and secondary caregivers.Gradual return to work to help you transition back from parental leave.Free on-site parking.Free life insurance and discounted health insurance.We are committed to giving back to our communities so we provide you with volunteer leave to do so.We recognise your commitment to us by awarding additional leave.
