Above all else, we're looking for someone with exceptional accounting and finance skills, including bookkeeping and accounts management, as well as outstanding office administration and communication skills.You're a people person who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment, and who friends and colleagues describe as a highly competent multitasker with great attention to detail.You must be able to demonstrate proficiency in Xero, Excel and CRMs. Payroll, project management software, and HR experience (including familiarity with HR and NZ employment relations legislation) is a real advantage.You're a born problem solver and lateral thinker who thrives on deadlines, and loves a good team quiz night or community fundraiser. You'll even be supplied with your own Hawaiian shirt.Your key responsibilities will be:Bookkeeping and finances - invoicing, accounts payable, reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting and forecastingAdministrative support to the management teamPayroll and HR supportGeneral administration of day-to-day office management including answering phones, manaakitanga for our visitors, managing our CRM, liaising with suppliers, coordination of meetings and eventsContractor onboarding, general HR administration and complianceProject management supportWe're all about team - welcome aboard!Level is passionate about connecting and engaging people to bring brands and visions to life.
