Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities: Performs Site Service Jobs such as preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and ad hoc services.Executes software project upgrade of current custodytransfer flow metering Control Systems install base.Visits customer installation for site survey and provide comprehensive recommendation.Assists with configuration, programming and testing of flow computers, HMI, PLCs, DanPac, Server,multiplexors, Delta V, Flow Computers, Preset, Batch Controllerand other applicable equipment.Assists in preparingengineering documents such as Functional Design Specification, Test Procedures & I/O Address List, Modbus List, Graphics Display andetc.Provides feedbackfor development/application programming of project software for Flow Computer, Supervisory Computer, PLC etc.Reviews Engineering Documents such as System Architecture, Wiring Drawings etc.Reviews customer specifications & provide solutions to customer's technical needs.Attends to customer meeting and technical clarification, provide timely solution.Performs Pre-FAT / FAT(Factory Acceptance Test), Installation, Site acceptance Test & Commissioning.Replicates customer installed software control system with demo unit to provide solution to customer issues.Provides remote support to customer via phone call, email and remote access.Coordinates with other discipline engineers/designer/projectmanager for efficient project execution to meet/exceedcustomer's requirement, project schedule & quality standardEnsures compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment, if provided to you, while working; not involve in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself; reporting unsafe work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety/ health at work, as needed.Additional Information: Willing to travel, occasionally at short notice.Willing to work in harsh & offshore environments.Willing to work later hours and shift work.Willing to travel in Asia & Asia Pacific region.Must be technical and detail oriented.Strong initiative, ability to analyze problem & excellent problem-solving skills.Ateam player with good communication.Willing to go extra mile to meet customer needs & business goals.Works closely with Sales & proposal team on providing service solutions.Job Requirements: Degree in Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering and 8+ years of related experience or Diploma in Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electronics Technology and related experience in instrumentation and flow metering for the Oil & Gas / Petroleum industry.5years of experience in development/programming of Industrial Automation/Process Control software and advanced software tools.In depth development experience in SCADA software, such asWonderware Intouch/ Intellution iFix , Delta V, as well other industrial automation software such as PLC ladder logic, C/C++, Visual Basic6/Excel VBA.Skill in network communication protocol such as TCP/IP, OPC, Modbus etc.Experience in programming flow computer (FloBoss S600/OMNI) for custody transfer metering and knowledge in related standards API, AGA, ISO etc. will be preferred.Experienced in handling project, configuration and programming of Flow Computers, HMI, PLCs.Knowledge of relevant industry standards applicable for flow measurement system & custody transfer systems.Interpersonal, communication & influencing skills to effectively communicate & advocate service solutions to customers.WHY EMERSON?
