Currently seeking a Senior Membership & Events Coordinator to join a non-for-profit organisation based in the heart of Auckland CBD. This full-time position that offers a dynamic and rewarding environment where you will be responsible for managing the logistics of high-quality online and in person events and providing exceptional service to their members.
Responsibilities: Serve as the key point of contact for member queries regarding membership, renewals, and inquiries Coordinate and assist in the successful delivery of an extensive events programme including planning, administration, marketing, and logistics Manage event-related tasks such as venue booking, presenter coordination, and attendee registration Maintain and update membership data using the CRM system and support the Events Manager in managing the events calendar Collaborate with team members, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure events and membership services are executed flawlessly About you: Passionate and motivated, with a keen interest in contributing to a sustainable future Previous experience in the events space, as well as managing partnerships/member services Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Strong communication and customer service skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Experience in event management and member services is highly desirable Benefits: Opportunity to work within an industry-leading non-for-profit organisation that is dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment A supportive and collaborative workplace culture Full-time hours 37.5 per week Auckland CBD location, close to public transport How to apply: If this opportunity excites you and you meet the above criteria, please apply online not via email.
