The Role Based in Christchurch, this role will see you responsible for taking lead across multi-disciplined projects, reviewing designs, providing quality assurance and technical advice. In doing so, you will play a pivotal role in the team, bringing extensive design, project leadership, and client-facing experience. With plenty of project variety from healthcare to commercial builds coupled with a growing team, this is an opportunity to progress your technical and management skillset through project variety and stability. About You A technically sound individual, who is comfortable working in a team and multi-disciplinary environment. You'll enjoy interacting with clients, providing technical advice, and completing detailed designs that align with the client specifications. Responsible for providing sound engineering design decisions, you will have: Relevant tertiary qualification within Mechanical Engineering. At least 4 years of HVAC and/or hydraulic building services design experience. Energy/Thermal modelling experience would be advantageous. AutoCad, Autodesk or Revit drafting experience. This could see you as an intermediate ready to step into a senior role or already in a leadership function wanting a change of environment. Either way, you will have excellent communication abilities, design experience, and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.
