The company has core operations within the hydro-generation industry but also applies specialist skills and services to a widely varying range of industries including Wind Generation, Oil and Gas, Heavy Industrial, and Mining.
We are currently seeking an experienced Engineer to work on a variety of projects for a range of blue-chip clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Minimum Requirements: Candidates must have a mechanical engineering degree with a minimum of 6 years' experience in a relevant industry.
Candidates will have broad exposure to a range of analysis or design skills combined with strong project management capabilities.
You will be both an analytical and practical person, able to identify, quantify, and optimise solutions to problems from base principles, as well as being able to validate the improvements after site installation.
We are looking for an autonomous person who enjoys working in a team environment.
You will also have a high degree of commercial nous and be able to interact with your team members as well as our customers on both technical and commercial issues.
Candidate to provide examples of first-hand experience of drive to get tasks done in challenging circumstances, both regarding technical, budgetary, and organisational obstacles.

The types of activities we envisage for this particular role will be tailored to the individual but will likely include elements of: Asset Optimisation and efficiency gains on aging plant through implementation of tailor-made solutions Design Engineering including Analysis, CAD, and 3D Modelling (Solidworks) Use of software packages such as AutoPIPE, PV Elite, ANSYS, and PULS Project Scoping and Planning Specification and procurement of equipment Site Visits including participating in specialist services such as 3D Scanning, Laser Surveys, Positive Material Identification, and Vibration Analysis Other unique Mechanical skillsets to be presented This is a multi-disciplined role where you will be exposed to a wide variety of engineering disciplines.
