You'll be working on one of Aotearoa's most loved brands and largest first party datasets, alongside a talented team of analysts, data scientists, designers and marketers.Here's what you can expect from this role:Come up with innovative ways to use Trade Me's data to build automated and dynamic communications that drive sessions, purchases, listings and celebrate our customers.Collaborate with other lifecycle marketing experts to brainstorm, plan, feedback and improve our journeys and results.Crunch numbers to showcase the value of the squad's work, assess potential impact of your ideas and forecast results.What you will bring to our team:Experience in email or direct mail development and execution roles.Experience working in a Marketing Automation platform (ideally Braze).The ability to use data to create customer engagement and lifecycle nurture programmes.Solid experience reviewing email campaigns as well as all standard email engagement metrics.Strong written and verbal communication - you'll be writing a lot of content and sharing your awesome results in snappy and impactful ways.A huge eye for detail - there's a lot of testing and troubleshooting involved to ensure things run smoothly!Keen?
