You will lead the Marketing Services Executive and E-Commerce Executive towards marketing excellence and revenue generation.As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing bespoke promotions with a focus on food & beverage, meetings & events, spa and gift vouchers for Cordis, Auckland whilst maximizing your existing partnerships with agencies, local festival and event decision makers together with managing all social media platforms and being responsible for achieving forecasted revenues and marketing CSIs.Reporting into the Director of Sales & Marketing you will manage the day-to-day operations of Marketing & Communications, provide strong support to the Director of Sales & Marketing and work together with the other key team members in Sales & Marketing and operating departments.We are looking for an experienced hospitality marketing professional with experience and established partnerships who thrives working in a fast-paced and supportive working environment, drives teamwork, has a positive outlook, curious mind, energetic, passionate and is savvy with the latest and newest offerings in Auckland.Some of the responsibilities include:Create and execute a marketing and promotional calendar for the hotel with an emphasis on F&B (Chuan Spa, Catering and Rooms with RDM / DOSM, DOCE and Spa) to achieve monthly/annual revenue budgets.Effectively lead the Marketing Services Executive and E-Commerce Executive.Present detailed updates at weekly revenue meetings on key marketing actions to drive revenue across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Chuan Spa and Gift Vouchers.In conjunction with Marketing Service Executive, develop a robust week-by-week social media schedule across all social media platforms with engaging and relevant content to achieve LHG Social Media KPIs (followers, engagement, collaborative posts).Lead devise ad-hoc campaigns that work and generate revenue to address any revenue challenges.Work within hotel and company policies & guidelines whilst adhering and driving Corporate Identity (CI) across the hotel.Responsible for the hotel's annual events calendar to maximize revenues through creation and execution of a calendar of hotel events that include traditional event days integrated with seasonal, partnership and promotional events.Responsible for the preparation for all external trade show and events Cordis, Auckland participates in (in consultation with DOSM).Maintain a high sense of urgency for all related tasks to ensure internal & external deadlines are met.Develop relationships and partnerships with key media and partners of the hotel to drive media and partnership opportunities for Cordis Auckland on a consistent basis.Develop and execute all hotel photo shoots to be on brand and to support all business units of the hotel.Conduct and execute domestic and international media familiarisation visits throughout the year to drive awareness of the hotel in all markets and achieve LHG KOL KPIs.Identify and establish marketing partners for innovative and new consumer marketing initiatives.About you:Minimum 3 years' experience as a Marketing leader within a luxury hotel or luxury hospitality environment.Have a positive attitude, be able to manage multiple deadlines and show flexibility when required.Be a strong self-starter with strong leadership & communication skills together with being a team player.Take full ownership of results and be willing to do the work that is required.Be aware of current trends in culinary scene for hotels and restaurants and be able to translate into F&B promotions for the hotel to drive unique and compelling offers.Have established relationships with media (domestic market) culinary & festival decision makers and influencers in the Melbourne market.Work together and in partnership with key external stakeholders.Role is office based, be able to work in a fast-paced work environment and to be agile at all times.Able to work weekends and special event days as required.Strong business acumen.In return for your talents, we offer you a competitive remuneration package.
