What's so exciting about this role? Sitting within our Marketing team, you will drive engagement and utilisation for our much-loved Q Card | Q Mastercard portfolio.
You will deliver industry-leading, multi-channel lifecycle initiatives to deepen customer engagement, utilisation, and retention to deliver business objectives.
What Does An Average Day Look Like? No day is average at humm group but here's an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:
Execute end-to-end campaigns to drive an increase in customer lifetime value, increase engagement, and frequency.Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create data-driven, personalised client journeys to improve engagement.Leverage insights and data analysis to develop customer lifecycle marketing plans to drive profitable customer growth across consumer card portfolios to deliver business targets.Analyse data to identify opportunities to test and learn from lifecycle programs and areas for improvement.Support delivery and execution of the Lifecycle marketing automation roadmap to drive an improved multi-channel customer experience.Collaborate with partners to execute joint marketing campaigns.Work with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, to develop relevant customer-centric content that delivers and supports increasing customer lifetime value.Provide relevant, insightful reporting and business stories based on analytics, customer data, digital media results, and market intelligence data.Effectively manage budgets to ensure both efficiencies and business targets are realised.In-depth understanding of the strategy and work plans of the wider organization.Who will thrive in this role? To thrive in this role, you will also bring:
A sound understanding of the financial and/or retail industry environments.In-depth knowledge of all marketing competencies and processes including strategy and execution across all paid and owned channels (including digital and social), data analysis, and financial acumen.You are an analytical thinker, who is data-driven, with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs.Ability to build presentations that clearly communicate your strategy and plan, presenting compelling storytelling based on data to influence stakeholders.A track record of developing and implementing multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and behaviour.Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platform experience.Can effectively cope with change and decide and act without having the total picture.You will have excellent budget/opex management skills.Why humm with us? humm group embraces flexible working arrangements, ensuring a genuine work-life balance and fun, vibrant culture.
