About the role As the Senior Marketing Manager for Super Rugby Pacific, your mission will be to lead and manage the growth of this brand in New Zealand.
This role plays a critical part in our fan engagement strategy.
This role will work in conjunction with the GM Brand and Marketing, the Super Rugby Pacific CEO and Rugby Australia to set the brand direction and lead competition marketing initiatives.
This includes creating and executing long term brand and marketing plans for New Zealand, while monitoring, measuring, and analysing the effectiveness to ensure delivery of broadcast viewership growth, digital audiences growth and ticketing attendance growth.
Our ideal candidate has proven experience working within a marketing environment of 8+ years, and brings a track record of delivering successful marketing and brand campaigns - preferably across digital media and database marketing at a national or international level.
To be successful in this role you will bring outstanding relationship building skills and experience in managing multiple senior level stakeholders.
You will embrace change and challenge, and are used to working in a fast paced, dynamic, direct to consumer environment.
You will be known for your problem-solving skills, and your ability to juggle multiple things at once.
