Their agility and forward-thinking approach has positioned them as market leaders.The RoleReporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll be responsible for marketing and brand strategy across Milford and the Milford Foundation, ensuring profitable growth across multiple channels, ensuring the brand continues to be identified as the leading brand in the industry.Collaborate with the CMO to shape and refine the marketing strategy across Australia, New Zealand, and the Milford Foundation.Manage vendor relationships to maximize ROI, negotiate favorable outcomes, oversee the marketing budget, and ensure effective risk management.Lead segmentation and NPS strategies, and act as a delegate for the CMO when needed.Design and execute scalable marketing campaigns that align with Milford's business strategy, delivering value-added content to clients and prospects.Collaborate with stakeholders to implement strategic marketing plans, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, and measuring effectiveness.Oversee marketing budgets, supporting lead generation with the sales team, and developing key messages for campaigns.Stay ahead of market trends, refine strategies, and drive growth, acquisition, and retention efforts across Milford.Craft engaging and informative multimedia content for Milford's website, blog, social media channels, livestreams, and other marketing platforms.Produce material that attracts, informs, and inspires clients and audiences, as well as researching and developing thought leadership pieces in collaboration with various stakeholders across the business.As a brand champion for Milford and the Milford Foundation, you'll ensure adherence to brand guidelines and messaging, both internally and externally.Monitor and analyze PR results, evaluate partnership and sponsorship opportunities, and contribute to various projects across the organization.Skills and ExperienceIdeally a strong knowledge of financial services, however brilliant marketers from other industries will be considered.Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration or similar.Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.Superb verbal and written communication abilities.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong time management and organizational abilities.Strong project management skills.Ability to travel as necessary.This is a highly sought-after marketing team and these roles very rarely come up.
