A strategic role, the initiatives in scope over the next 6-months include marketing automation and B2B activities that help to deepen and grow client relationships.Lead the planning and regional integration of a marketing automation platform as part of a global programme of work.Work with Marketing and Client teams to create a regional marketing automation strategy that targets relevant activities to key accounts.Design and begin implementing the overall marketing strategy for 2025, focused on achieving WSP's business objectives.
Work with client leaders to incorporate a strong B2B account-focused approach to marketing activities, driving engagement and growth within key accounts.Work alongside Brand Manager to develop and execute local brand activities that align with global strategies, ensuring regional consistency and effectiveness.Lead and develop marketing campaigns that utilise the full channel mix to increase consideration of WSP, focused on our value proposition and underlying objectives.Work in conjunction with the broader Brand, Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to lead brand activations and marketing activities that resonate with target audiences and support WSP's goals.Ensure activity is delivered on time and on budget and delivers strong return on investment.Lead the Marketing team to deliver all strategic and BAU activities, working with other parts of the business as required.Oversee social media activity across all channels to ensure maximum impact and accuracy.About you:10+ years' experience in developing and managing strategic marketing programmes.Extensive marketing automation experience.Integrated marketing experience preferably in B2B and professional services.The ability to develop effective marketing strategies, including measurement and reporting.Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills.Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.WSP NZ has proudly earned its place among the top five employers to work for in Aotearoa New Zealand, as recognised in Randstad's latest employer survey.
