YOUR ROLE In this global role you will help drive all touchpoints of the marketing funnel, through all aspects of our communications and marketing strategy across internal, trade and consumer platforms. Effectively you will help execute our global go to market strategy for each brand and big bet item and how we scale them as effectively and efficiently as possible.
CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESCategory, Consumer & Brand InsightsBuild knowledge of consumer insights across your portfolio that help us win more space at fixture and drive more POS (ie Competitor & Category Insights)Global Asset Suite Owner (all brand assets and touchpoints)Ensure all lifestyle photography needs are briefed to specialist creative and design teams.Brief core TVC deliverables. Focus items, timings, any new audience insights.Brief core influencer deliverables. Focus items, focus markets & timings.Brief TikTok and Meta teams around content calendars, focus items, timings & markets.Provide brand & product proof points for PR and approve releases.Product copy written, proofed and uploaded.Accountable for licensor approvals of any global asset where required.Marketing Strategy & CommunicationDevelop a global strategy for your brands and support local execution to scale these.Build Global Brand updates & share internally & externally showcasing strategy and support.Brand lead for Brains trust meetings that drive actionable and scalable insights for your brands.Bi-Weekly pulses into Local Media activations and where we can scale up globally.Gate keeper of what good looks like from a Local Marketing stand-point & driving collaboration.Pitching Decks & Preview SupportPartner with Commercial teams to deliver clear launch and support plans internally and externally.Work with local sales and marketing team on localized plans for key markets and accounts.Activation PlanningUnderstanding of Global Roll-Out and Launch plans to ensure on time asset delivery.Ensure all product tease, pre-sell, release and rollout dates and assets are clear across the business.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE+3 years' experience in a marketing role or commercial role within toy industry.Bachelors' degree (or equivalent) in marketing.Ability to multi-task and be able to set priorities and stay focused.A go-getter with energy and determination to continuously improve.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to use Microsoft Office programs with a focus on PowerPoint.$75,000 - $95,000 a year
