About the role This role will lead a team of Risk Business Partners to provide guidance and active support to leaders with understanding, execution, management and monitoring of TSB's risk policies and standards. This role will manage and maintain TSB's risk management system for risk related registers, incident management and provide assurance through insightful reporting. Who are you? You will have demonstrated prior senior management experience in a risk role that will enable you to lead and manage a team of risk business partners who provide day-to-day risk management support to the business. You will be a natural relationship builder working as a trusted partner providing risk expertise and management support, embedding policies and standards into the business and ensuring TSB is on the 'right path' to uplifting risk maturity. You will display a hands-on approach, taking the lead in areas of risk management, with the skill to multi-task, with strong time management and prioritisation abilities. You will also: Actively support management with material incident root cause analysis that enables appropriate risk treatment plans for TSB.Provide risk expertise within TSB's material business planning initiatives.Manage and maintain TSB's risk management system and the development of its future roadmap.To succeed in this role, you'll need: 7-10+ years' work experience in the financial services sector.Solid understanding of non-financial risk frameworks.Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with multiple business stakeholders.Who are we?
