(Remote/East Coast) Major medical communications company seeking a Senior Manager, Payroll and Benefits. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll and benefits administration within the company. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of payroll and benefits processes, as well as contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to employee compensation and benefits.Main Responsibilities Include:Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.Manage the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs.Work with benefits providers to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, manage benefit funding and invoice management, and optimize program offerings.Conduct periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.Support the organizations strategic objectives, which includes merger and acquisition activity.Lead and mentor a team of payroll and benefits professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Qualifications/Experience/Skills Include:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
