Your key responsibilities will include:Developing and executing risk and compliance management strategies from a Line 2 context.Assuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and in accordance with a defined risk appetite.Engaging with Line One, running workshops and winning "hearts and minds".Support and facilitate initiatives between the NZ Board and a global parent.Requirements:To be a successful applicant for this role you will need 5-10 years' experience in a Risk and Compliance position within the Financial Services sector. In addition, you will need to demonstrate commercial awareness and the ability to present, persuade and negotiate.
