• Coordination with Housekeeping and Engineering department.
• Formulating Standard Operating Procedures for effective routine and preventive operations • Executing approved procurement activities in compliance with NUS procurement policies and procedures.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and guest experience goals.
• Manage departmental budgets, including payroll, supplies, and guest amenities.
• Analyze service experience metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage stakeholders, tenants and vendors Guest Experience: • Champion exceptional guest service.
• Manage guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Implement guest satisfaction initiatives and monitor guest feedback.
Human Resources: • Recruit, hire, and train staff.
• Foster a positive and professional work environment for all team members.
• Implement performance management programs and conduct staff evaluations.
Collaboration: • Maintain strong communication and working relationships with other departments across the University.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on hotel-wide initiatives.
• Any other duties as required by the management.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (Prefered) • Minimum 5 years of experience in Management position with strong organizational skills, finance management skills and business acumen, or Diploma with more than 8 years of related working experience will also be considered • Strong understanding of all aspects of Rooms Division operations, including front office procedures, housekeeping standards, and guest relations protocols • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure • Proficient in hospitality software and technology systems • Well versed in WSH act and experience in implementing measures for promoting Workplace Safety.
